These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how Milk Club Deliveries Ltd (“Milk Club”, “we”, “us”, “our”) supplies goods to you (“you”, “your”). By placing an order via our website or app, you agree to these Terms.
We supply for domestic/private use only. Goods are not supplied for resale.

You can order via our website or app.
Please keep your account details accurate and your password secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
You can place one-off orders or set up regular orders (subscriptions).
The general order deadline is 8.30pm the night before delivery. Some items (e.g. bakery, fruit & veg, flowers) or seasonal periods (e.g. Christmas) may have earlier cut-offs which we will show on the product page or during checkout.
After the order deadline, orders can’t be changed or cancelled and payment will be due.
One-off and regular orders have the same flexibility for making amendments before the deadline.
If we update prices for products in a regular order, we’ll notify you by email in advance.
Prices shown at checkout apply to your order and include VAT where applicable.
If you use a promotion or code, the specific offer terms must be met. We may change or withdraw promotions at any time.
Genuine pricing errors: if we spot a clear mistake in a displayed price, we may correct it. If you’ve already paid more than the correct price, we’ll refund the difference. If the correct price is higher, you can choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken on delivery.
We use Opayo/Elavon to process payments securely. We do not store card details.
If a payment fails, we’ll contact you. If bills remain unpaid after contact, we may suspend deliveries and pass the account to a debt recovery company. You agree to reimburse reasonable recovery costs we incur.
Delivery is free for orders of £2.50 or more.
We deliver to your front door unless you’ve told us otherwise. We do not deliver inside shared buildings (for example, blocks of flats).
We target delivery by 7:30am. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If unforeseen issues arise, we’ll aim to deliver as close to that time as possible and keep you informed.
Risk and ownership: once delivery is made and payment is taken, ownership passes to you.
Storage after delivery is your responsibility. We recommend insulated bags/boxes and protection from heat/cold and wildlife.
Glass bottles, jars and crates remain the property of Milk Club and must be returned on subsequent deliveries.
Repeated failure to return bottles/crates/packaging may result in suspension or termination of deliveries.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we may provide a reasonable substitute.
If we substitute, you will be charged the lower of the original item price and the substitute price, and any difference will be refunded automatically.
Missing deliveries: please report on the morning of delivery. We’ll try to rectify as soon as possible. We are not liable for items that are delivered and subsequently go missing due to theft or wildlife.
Quality issues (perishables): tell us within 3 working days of delivery or before the product’s use-by/BBE date, whichever is earlier. We’ll replace or refund to the original payment card.
Where we issue refunds, these are made to the card used for the order.
You can pause deliveries via the website or app. If you do not pause and the cut-off passes, the order will be prepared and payment will be due.
Deliveries run on scheduled days for each postcode. If we need to restrict or cease deliveries in an area, we’ll give up to 7 days’ notice where reasonably possible.
We’re not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control (for example severe weather, industrial action, system outages, or supply disruptions). We’ll update you and perform our obligations as soon as reasonably practicable once the event ends.
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.
We supply for domestic/private use. We are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit, business, or opportunity.
If any leaflet, post or older material conflicts with these Terms or the prices shown online, the website/app controls.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If a court finds any part of these Terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force (severability).
If we delay or choose not to enforce a right, we may still enforce it later (no waiver).
These Terms are between you and us; no third party has rights to enforce them.
